We generally ship out everyday Monday – Friday except holidays, if you paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday chances are it will be going out Monday. We do not ship on the weekends.
We offer free USPS Ground shipping for orders over $149. Orders under $148.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $15. Alternative Shipping like Fedex and UPS are extra.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

If your order arrives defective or becomes defective, you have 7 days from date of delivery to make a claim, please contact our customer support team with video stating issue of defect, we will need that media to determine the necessary reimbursements and resolve your claim promptly.
We will replace products or credit your account at our discretion. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items if your package is marked as delivered
No. If you paid for faster shipping and courier has delay that is not our fault there will be no refund.
